She also has a keen
interest in helping clients through pregnancy and post natal.
With her experience as a sports massage therapist, Kathryn trains
people with back and joint injuries through rehabilitation, creating
a stronger body able to cope with everyday demands.
She also trains people with dysfunctions resulting from, for example,
bad training techniques, poor work or sport posture and designs
a programme to establish a balanced body and stronger base to work
from. This could include basic Pilates style exercises to establish
a strong core.
