Kathryn Payne has a strong background in sports massage therapy, postural assessment and physiology which is a perfect grounding for her personal training sessions. In addition to general well-being, weight loss and fitness, Kathryn specialises in designing programmes that help to create a strong and supple body through functional exercises that are specifically tailored to your needs, be they sports specific, working posture or due to injury.

She also has a keen interest in helping clients through pregnancy and post natal.

With her experience as a sports massage therapist, Kathryn trains people with back and joint injuries through rehabilitation, creating a stronger body able to cope with everyday demands.

She also trains people with dysfunctions resulting from, for example, bad training techniques, poor work or sport posture and designs a programme to establish a balanced body and stronger base to work from. This could include basic Pilates style exercises to establish a strong core.
