Holly specialises in outdoor and at home training which provides an alternative to a regular gym environment. Weight loss and toning programs are her main strengths, working closely with clients to create fitness plans that are diverse and specifically targeted to their goals. She also recognises the importance of keeping training interesting and enjoyable creating varied programs from session to session.
Holly also specialises in developing eating plans and giving nutritional advice, helping clients meet their goals more quickly and developing healthy eating habits. Holly is a friendly outgoing trainer who loves to have a laugh with her clients making training fun, yet challenging – she will push you to your limit!
