He prides himself on creating the right program for each individual, combining mainstream western techniques with more alternative methods, such as yoga, martial arts, breathing techniques, nutritional advice and meditation.

This will enable your body and mind, to reap the benefits of training to the fullest.

Your training will be fun, yet challenging and always evolving as you do. Craig will hold sessions with you at home, or outside, (element's permitting!) where you will train in confidence, set and meet your goals, as well as feel and see the positive changes for yourself!
