Melissa’s strengths’ lie in improving overall fitness of her clients, incorporating – weight loss, muscle tone and flexibility training. Boxing and kickboxing can be a fun addition to any programme.

Sessions are exciting and varied, with sufficient familiarity and repetition to recognise your improvements and progress.

Melissa will help you push yourself not only physically, but help improve your mental endurance too. With a background in psychology, and particular interests in health psychology and behaviour change, she has a unique grasp on overcoming the mental hurdles that often make good health-related intentions go bad! Her love of all things health and wellness related is sure to rub off on you, and you will find yourself inspired.
