Hannah seeks to improve her client’s health, vitality, physique and emotional happiness through specialised programs individual to each client. She specialises in resistance training, functional training, cardiovascular training and stretching. She will improve your overall posture and muscle imbalances through varied resistance exercises and sports specific workouts.


Hannah makes sure that all sessions with clients combine an effective and safe but also fun workout. She is an excellent motivator making the hour fly by!

She will also examine your diet and give nutritional advice, as exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. She believes that exercise improves every aspect of life mentally and physically, it's finding the balance and technique that is the key.
